Request deletion
Use the Cobolt8 support form and select Data export or deletion. Include the account email and organization name, but never include a password, provider secret, or payment-card number.
Connected Meta accounts
Meta deletion callbacks are signature-verified. Cobolt8 revokes matching encrypted credentials, cancels pending provider actions, removes stored connection profile data, and retains only minimum hashed request and audit evidence required to prove completion.
What may be retained
Security, approval, billing, incident, fraud-prevention, or legal-hold evidence may be retained where deletion would break an audit or legal obligation. Retained evidence is minimized and access-controlled.
