Effective August 6, 2026 · Private beta
Beta terms
Beta scope
Cobolt8 is an evaluation-stage AI workforce operations service. Access is capacity-limited, may require assisted onboarding, and does not include unrestricted autonomy, unsupported connectors, or unsupported regulated workflows. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate business information, protect account credentials, and use the workspace only for organizations and data you are authorized to manage. Do not use Cobolt8 to violate law, platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or another person's security.
Human review and external actions
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing artifacts and decisions. An approval applies only to the exact artifact version, action, destination, and authorization window recorded. Cobolt8 does not promise that a provider action succeeded when its outcome is ambiguous.
Customer content
You retain responsibility for the content and instructions you provide and grant Cobolt8 the limited permission needed to process them for the requested service. Do not upload secrets, payment card data, unlawful material, or data outside your authority.
Availability and changes
Private-beta functionality may change, pause, or be removed. Cobolt8 may limit an account to protect tenants, providers, budgets, or service reliability. The public status page reports verified broad service state; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Fees and provider costs
No production billing path is represented as live unless a plan and signed payment workflow are explicitly configured. Third-party provider usage may have separate terms and costs. Usage records and configured budget controls remain the service source of truth.
Ending participation
You may stop using the beta and request export or deletion through support. Cobolt8 may suspend or end participation for unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or materially disruptive use while preserving required security, approval, billing, and incident evidence.
